Admissions Course

This course is intended to instruct long-term care professionals in LTC Nurse Leadership to develop a deeper understanding of the importance of developing formal policies and procedures for admissions, transfers & discharges which align with state and federal regulations. It will familiarize the learner with details about regulation as well as best practices for developing & enacting highly effective admissions, transfers & discharges processes. 
 
The ultimate result of implementing best-practices is improved accountability, reduced survey deficiencies, improved customer service,  improved standards in quality of care & quality of life as well as improved well-being for each resident.
