Leadership Course

This course is intended to instruct long-term care professionals in LTC Nurse Leadership to develop a better understanding of their role as a Nurse Leader, including identifying individual strengths & weaknesses & strategies to develop strengths while minimizing weaknesses.  
 
It will instruct in best-practices in continuing education, attention to detail., organization, time-management, & task delegation thus improving the efficacy & efficiency of LTCF staff, resulting in improved standards in quality of care & quality of life as well as improved well-being for each resident.
